Our leader serves as the Lead Pastor of Refuge Church of God in Brooklyn, New York, with his partner in life and in ministry, Rev. Tatum Monique Osbourne. Raised and groomed for ministry at the Lafayette Avenue Church of God (Brooklyn, New York) under the stellar leadership of the late, Rev. Dr. Evan Bromley Marshall. 

Rev. Carlos W. Bannister, affectionately known as Pastor C, is the lead Pastor of Grace Church of God, a vibrant growing church in Brownsville, Brooklyn NY. He is a Bajan-Yankee, born in Brooklyn NY; but his roots run deep in the beautiful island of Barbados where his parents Rev. Dr Jefferson and Cynthia Bannister are from.
